First of all, I want to say that I am so happy to be your teacher! I have been looking forward to meeting you all summer. This school year will be my second year teaching and my first in the Crestwood School District. I know that I am new and unfamiliar right now, but please don’t worry! We are going to have an awesome year together - I promise!

Here is a little bit more about me: I have two kids, Zakaria is 8 years old and Jannah who’s 4 and also comes to this school. I am Mexican and speak Spanish and my husband is Iraqi. He speaks Arabic; I sometimes understand a little bit of his language.
